Welcome to my new blog. I should let you know that my passion for cake began in the winter of 2006 after the birth of my second son. I found a cake that I love and then ate it every day....EVERY day...I kid you not! From there I began looking at cakes in whole new way and found that I really appreciate a good cake. I have recently started a cake decorating course and hope one day to be the maker of my own delicious cakes; to make them not only for myself but for others to enjoy too (yes! And the final cake of the course!
So today was the last class of the course and I have to say that I am pretty happy with my cake. I am still very clearly a "beginner" but with some more practice I'm sure I can continue to improve!
