Welcome to my new blog. I should let you know that my passion for cake began in the winter of 2006 after the birth of my second son. I found a cake that I love and then ate it every day....EVERY day...I kid you not! From there I began looking at cakes in whole new way and found that I really appreciate a good cake. I have recently started a cake decorating course and hope one day to be the maker of my own delicious cakes; to make them not only for myself but for others to enjoy too (yes! So I have just finished the second series in cake decorating at Michaels. And this is my "basket of roses" cake!
