Welcome to my new blog. I should let you know that my passion for cake began in the winter of 2006 after the birth of my second son. I found a cake that I love and then ate it every day....EVERY day...I kid you not! From there I began looking at cakes in whole new way and found that I really appreciate a good cake. I have recently started a cake decorating course and hope one day to be the maker of my own delicious cakes; to make them not only for myself but for others to enjoy too (yes! And he is 19 ....again!!

So my sisters and neices and nephews did not get to celebrate Josh's 19th birthday with him since we were celebrating in Windsor with a night of drunken debauchery. I have invited them over for a lunch gathering tomorrow and of course there must be CAKE!!!
